The Company collects the following personal information to provide the Service:

1. Required Items: Member ID, password, email.
2. Optional Items: Profile picture, self-introduction, country information, learning-related information.
3. Automatically Collected Items: IP address, cookies, access logs.

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

1. The Company will promptly destroy personal information once the purpose of collection and use is achieved.
2. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, the Company will retain personal information for the period stipulated by those laws.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company does not provide Users' personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions are as follows:

1. When Users have given prior consent.
2. When required by laws or in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by laws for investigative purposes by law enforcement agencies.

Article 5 (Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information)

1. Destruction Procedure: When the retention period expires or the purpose of collection is achieved, the Company will promptly destroy the personal information.
